Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all funds held in the account at the time of closure.

Your dws99 account credentials — specifically your username and password — are personal to you. You must not share, disclose, or transfer your login details to any other person. You are fully responsible for all activity conducted through your account, whether or not authorised by you, unless dws99 has been notified in writing of unauthorised access prior to the activity in question occurring.

dws99 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification programme in order to confirm member identity, prevent fraud, protect minors, and maintain the integrity of the platform. KYC verification may be requested at any stage of the membership, including but not limited to:

• Upon submission of your first withdrawal request.

Deposit processing times vary by method: e-wallet deposits (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja) are typically credited within minutes; bank transfers may take up to 5 minutes during banking hours (08:00–21:00 WIB) and up to 30 minutes outside those hours.

Withdrawal requests may only be submitted to the bank account or e-wallet registered and verified under the member's own name. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000. dws99 processes the majority of withdrawal requests within 15 minutes for BCA and e-wallet methods during 06:00–22:00 WIB; other bank withdrawals are typically processed within 30 minutes during the same window. Processing times outside these hours may be longer.

Prior to processing any withdrawal, dws99 may require the member to complete KYC verification as described in Clause 4. The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the dws99 platform. Engaging in any of the activities listed below constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and/or referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account or using another person's account.
• Providing false, incomplete, or misleading information at any stage of registration, KYC, or customer support interaction.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets, navigate the platform, or otherwise interact with dws99 services.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, pricing anomalies, or system vulnerabilities for financial gain.

Nothing in these Terms limits dws99's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

dws99 collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference and is available at dws99.app/privacy-policy. By registering a dws99 account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

dws99 does not sell or rent member personal data to unaffiliated third parties for their own marketing purposes. Data may be shared with payment processors, identity verification service providers, and regulatory authorities as required for the operation of the platform and compliance with applicable obligations.
